Depending on the recipe that I used, but not fat-free ingredients would I say that you are looking at 200 calories. It takes about an hour's walk. To be honest, is a better alternative is to ice skating, hiking, or outside if the weather is cold. You burn more calories in the cold. I am not, however, suggesting that the products and pneumonia on the receipt of cookies.
